Epitomizing integrity, hard work and creative service, Late Murari Lalji Dhandhania laid the foundation stone of Sovereign Properties in Kolkata. What started out as humble beginning has scaled noteworthy heights today and the vision and guidelines are proudly being taken steps ahead by his three illustrious sons along with the team of professionals.
- Mr. Pramod Dhandhania
Growing up in a real estate environment, Mr. Pramod Dhandhania has been the major force which helped the company to the pinnacle of success, it enjoys today. A Rotarian by heart, it has been almost a quarter of a century that he has been serving the company. He has mastered various aspects of real estate industry like the Outright Land Dealings, Joint Ventures agreement, Joint Development, Large Commercial Office spaces and Retail spaces. Additionally, his expertise in accounts & Finance has assured all of the company being in good and safe hands.
- Mr.Purshotam Dhandhania
A sportsman at heart and a commerce graduate, Mr. Purshottam Dhandhania has emerged as the consistent leader who shares much of the credit of the surge of the company in the Retail and commercial space across the vibrating cities of Kolkata and Mumbai. Since 15 years, he has demonstrated exemplary negotiating skills, cutting edge marketing strategies and an uncompromising integrity to close several deals for many Indian Companies as well as MNCs. An engineer by education, Mr. Anand has been nurtured just right by his father and elder brothers. Infusing fresh blood and ambition in the business since 9 years, he works predominantly in and around Mumbai to realize the brand’s vision to cater from a City of River to the City of Sea. Working in an extremely competitive environment, he has proven his mettle by closing noteworthy deals for large corporate and MNCs. With a hard to meet expertise, in the commercial offices and niche retail, he is considered a ‘go-getter’ who can think out-of-box and tread unknown paths to benefit all concerned.
